  ·      Have a minimum of 3 years medium/major market experience? (no exceptions)
  
  ·       Have a passion for the Alternative format and knowledge of current based music?
  
  ·       Experienced in personal appearances, and on site jock/hosting duties?
  
  ·       Readily available to begin rocking at New Jersey’s only Alternative rock station NOW?
